It is mandatory for service providers to keep their Know Your Business (KYB) information up to date. KYB authenticates your entity and credentials, preventing fraud. To avoid service interruptions and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, update your KYB information.

The process:  

To update your KYB details as service provider, follow these steps.

  1. Logged in into your account and go to "My profile."

  1. Under your profile picture you'll find the button "Add KYB details." Tap the button and it'll take you to the KYB form.

  1. Details you'll need to share depends on your business type, whether it's small business/agency or individual.

    1. If you choose "Business"

      1. Representative section

        1. Full name

        2. Role

          1. Director

          2. Shareholder

          3. Beneficial owner

          4. Authorized signatory

          5. Others (specify)

      2. Business

        1. Company name

        2. Date of registration

        3. Company address

        4. Company GST number

        5. Upload company GST

        6. Contact number

        7. Email Id

        8. Billing address

        9. Pan card no

      3. Bank details

        1. Bank name

        2. A/C number

        3. IFSC code

 

    1. If you choose "Individual"

      1. Individual

        1. Full name

        2. Contact number

        3. Email Id

        4. Billing address

        5. Pan card number

        6. Upload pan card

      2. Bank details

        1. Bank name

        2. A/C number

        3. IFSC code

 

 

  1. After filling up all the details press the "Submit" button. By following steps you can change the details whenever you want or when it is necessary.
